Notice:

If you want to certificated as Steam Games Seller, you need to submit your application in Profile. Customer service will add you on QQ to check your qualification in 5 days. Your rights:

1. After certificated, you will have authority to add Steam Games. By the way, you need to submit a guaranty of 500 CNY, when you don’t do any transaction about Steam Games in 15 days, you can apply for taking back the money. During transactions, buyers confirm receiving in 2 days and earnings arrive at sellers’ accounts depends on sellers’ types. After-sales service lasts 7 days, if needs customer service, contact them in 3 days.

2. Sellers must sell the right version to buyers as its description, if not, buyers can ask for refund unconditionally.

3. Sellers should know, if you sell gifts which are not tradable, buyers can ask for refund unconditionally and don’t need to give back the game.

4. CDKEY trade is open, after application, customer service will add you on QQ in 5 days to check the resources of CDKEY, history and credit and etc., please support our work. CDKEY sell is not open for minority sellers.

5. IF NOT OFFICIAL, you are not allowed to sell random KEY

Duty:

1. Sellers should make sure gift links can be activated, if there are many refunds, C5 has right to investigate sellers’ responsibility and sellers should compensate buyers properly.

2. Eroticism and gory games are forbidden.

3. If smuggled goods appear, C5GAME will use sellers’ guaranty to pay buyers’ loss and freeze your accounts indefinitely. Guaranty will not return. (If you received smuggled goods as gift, there will be a message on top right corner of Steam client and the game will be deleted from you inventory. But your authority are not limited.)

4. If sellers don’t deal with buyers’ refund, and it leads to automatic refund, then C5GAME doesn’t explain that. If customer service get involved and sellers can’t be touched in 3 days, buyers will take their money back.

5. If sellers maliciously use description, like illegal words, your description will be banned and also will your authority to add games.

6. Any behavior like washing money, washing goods, and etc., is not allowed. C5GAME has all the final interpretation.

In a short period, the same game can’t be sent to the same E-mail. Virtual E-mail is recommended: http://www.yopmail.com/zh/email-generator.php. Remember to delete the record after you receive the gift link or you need to take any risk on your own.

Guide:

First step: register

On the top right corner of C5GAME home page, click “register”, and fill in the materials.

Second step: bind Steam

After registration, log in, site will require you to bind Steam, then click the button and finish it.

Third step: click “Profile”, go to “Steam Games”

Forth step: log in Steam client, select games you want to sell in your inventory, click “ Send gifts”

Using email to send games, it requires your email must be normal, or using random email.

Fifth step: get the gift link in your email

Open the email sent by Steam official

Get the gift link and copy it

Sixth step: sell Steam games

Gift link: paste the link here and system will recognize what game it is.

Game: name(input the right full name), ID(input the app id of the game in Steam, for example: http://******.com/app/239030, ID:239030）

Region: China(Chinese Mainland, select China), Globe(Global, select Globe)

Version: Standard, Deluxe, Full, Gold, Other(when select other, can change descriptions in the list, for example: CSGO pack, change into pack)

Please input the right version, if sell Standard one as Deluxe one on purpose, you will be punished!!

Seventh step: wait for audit, then change the price and sell

CDKEY Sell Process:

First, input name and select information, if there is no such a game in database, please contact customer service.

If successful, in the management page, there will be a record of this game, click edit, you can change the price and description or replenish.
