1． Steps to activate gift link (to activate CDKEY is at the bottom)

First step: download Steam client and register a Steam account

A. Search Steam client, download locally

Download link: http://store.steampowered.com/about/

B. Setup and register a Steam account

Second step: register a C5 account, then bind your Steam account and phone

A. On the top right corner of C5 home page, click “Register”

B. After registration, there will be a Newbie Guide box

If you are a Newbie, you can choose to view the guide; if you are an old driver, then just start your journey on C5.

C. Go to bind Finish Newbie Guide, you will be prompted to bind Steam and phone, click “Bind”. 

If no such prompt, then go to “Profile” 

Click “Settings”

D. Need to bind phone and Steam account 

Input your phone number, click to get the verification code then input it to finish binding. 

To bind Steam account, it will turn to the login page. Login with the account you need to bind and finish the procedure.

Third step: buy

A. Enter the page of Steam Games, search what you want to buy.

Notice the different version of games you want to buy, sometimes there will be relevant description.

Region: Chinese Mainland, this is a limited gift, only can be received in following country/region: Chinese Mainland.

Region: Globe, no limit, can be activated in any region all over the world

B. Select according to your requirements, and confirm the version then click “Buy”

Before you pay, make sure you read and accept Terms & Conditions, then click to pay.

If there are multiplayer games with VAC or third party Anti-cheating among games you buy, these games can’t deposit into Steam (you can’t stock up or send gifts). If you want to send gifts to friends, please directly copy the link and give him, and don’t click the link by yourself if you already have the game in your inventory, or the link will be disabled.

C. After your confirmation, system will prompt you the activate link of game you buy (don’t tell strangers).

Forth step: activate and setup

A. If you want to activate the game on the Steam account which is bound to C5, you can directly click “Activate”, then system will take you to the page. (Please make sure, you have logged in the account to activate the game, if not, log out before).

If you want to send gifts to friends or activate the game on other accounts, you can select “Copy”, then send the link to your friends. If on other accounts of you, log in the web version of Steam and verify if it is the right account, then copy the link and paste on the page to activate.

B. After successfully buying, please pay attention to messages on the top of site. Click “Activate”, also will go to activate on your Steam account bound to C5.

C. On Steam client or web version, you will receive a gift. Open and accept it, then it will be added to your inventory.

D. When activation done, there will be the game in your inventory. Download and setup it, then you can start your show time.

E. In “Profile”—“Steam Games”—“Buy History”, you can find your record and view the link.

Fifth step: enter Steam client, then download and setup the game

A. Find the activated game, then select “Setup”.

B. After clicking, it will automatically distribute into catalogue of disk which Steam locates. The speed of download depends on your Internet speed and downloading nodes, please be patient.

2. Steps to activate CDKEY

A. Log in Steam

B. Click “Games” on the top left, then select to activate products on Steam. If it is wallet code, please select the right option.

C. Input the CDKEY(not gift link) you bought in the box then you can activate the game. If you already have, it can’t be activated repeatedly.

D. Steam wallet code can be exchanged with the link: http://store.steampowered.com/account/redeemwalletcode/
