When you buy successfully, items will be in your C5 bag. If you want to retrieve items into your Steam inventory, select items(green tick means selected), then click Retrieve.

Then there will be words like “The offer sent successfully…”, click green button, it will turn to Steam trade page.

Check the items, you can accept the trade and it will inform you the trade is successful.

After that, C5 will inform you “The offer is processed”, click blue button to close it then you can deal with next offer.
